Our Mission
The Human Resource Department is committed to working strategically with diverse employees of the Town of Brownsburg in identifying and responding to its changing needs. We will provide leadership and guidance in development, implementation, and equitable administration of policies and procedures, recruiting of qualified applicants, employment and orientation services, retirement processing, administration of employee benefits, policy development and administration, job classification, employee relations, maintenance of personnel records, thus fostering a positive work environment. The department is committed to providing high quality service to all prospective, current and past employees, as well as treating each employee with respect, care, and individual attention.
