Located just north of Williams Park, this garden is dedicated to all service men and women who have served in the United States Military. The beautifully landscaped garden surrounds a pathway of brick pavers which are inscribed with the names of veterans, the branch of military they served in, and the dates of service. The bricks encircle a granite monument with the names and dates of the military actions participated in by this country.
Bricks for the garden can be purchased through the Parks Department Administrative Office. The Park Administrative Office is open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and closed on Saturday and Sunday. The telephone number is (317) 858-4172.
