Wanted: Your Feedback on Williams Park Site Enhancements

WP Circle Concept 1

WP Circle Concept 2

Brownsburg Parks wants to hear visitor feedback on enhancements planned for the entry circle to Williams Park.

In fall 2017, the three gazebos at the site were demolished after weather and insects contributed to the structural decline of the buildings. Last winter, Brownsburg Parks staff members worked with an ad hoc committee of park users to develop the plans shown here.

The goal of the new design is to create a beautiful destination feature that draws visitors of all ages in for a closer look. The hope is for guests to find the space a relaxing place to stroll along the serpentine path, rest on boulders lining the path to chat with friends, or engage in quiet reflection by a water feature such as a boulder fountain.

Work on the site is expected to begin this year, but will be completed in phases (see Park Projects for more information).
