Celebrate Independence Day in Brownsburg with the Lions Club 4th of July Extravaganza and Parade, the Brownsburg Parks and Recreation concert with the Indianapolis Jazz Orchestra, and the fireworks show!

Brownsburg Lions Club hosts its annual 4th of July Extravaganza at Arbuckle Acres Park July 2-7. Carnival rides begin at 6 p.m. nightly. All-you-can-ride wristband nights are July 3, 5, 6 and 7. REMINDER that N. Green Street is closed north of Lucas Drive. The Arbuckle Acres entrance is open to traffic from the south. Visitors traveling from the north are urged to use Northfield Drive to Main Street to avoid traffic congestion near the downtown construction area. Parking is available in the park and at Town Hall. Due to the N. Green Street reconstruction, the Lions Club 4th of July Parade will take a new route this year. The parade will begin at 10 a.m. at Williams Park. It will travel north on Locust to Tilden, east to Odell, and south on Odell ending at Sycamore Street. SEE THE ROUTE MAP>>

While the kids are enoying the Lions Club 4th of July Extravaganza carnival at Arbuckle Acres, swing over to the Town Hall Green to see the nationally-recognized Indianapolis Jazz Orchestra perform its patriotic big band show starting 7:45 p.m. on July 4th. Concert-goers are welcome to pack a picnic and bring a blanket or chairs to enjoy the performance. Please note that alcohol is prohibited at Town Hall.

Event parking is available at Arbuckle Acres as well as at the Town Hall lots and public lot at Adams & Vermont (east of Town Hall) or the public south lot (by the gazebo) off Main Street. Street parking is allowed east of Town Hall. Please don't block the Utility drive-up window at the back of Town Hall. If you ride your bike, you'll find a bike rack on the northeast side of the Town Hall Green for parking it. NOTE that the north side of Town Hall parking will not be available on July 4th, due to the Indy Jazz patriotic concert. TOWN HALL PARKING MAP>>

A new location for the 2018 July 4th fireworks show has been secured. They will be shot off from the field between Eagle and White Lick Elementary Schools. Spectators can enjoy the show from the designated viewing area on the grassy lot on the SW corner of Odell and Airport Road. Check out the graphic below for info and parking options.
