Giving Tuesday: Community Tree Planting

Give back on Giving Tuesday and join us to plant trees in Williams Park! All ages are welcome to join in the event to help build our urban forest with in our parks and learn about native tree species. 

Volunteers will be hand digging holes to plant 15 gal containerized trees of varying species and applying mulch on top. Parks staff will assist and teach proper planting methods and why this is vital to tree health. 

Planting tools will be supplied and some gloves provided. Please consider bringing your own gloves and wearing work related shoes.
