Development firm Paragon Realty and national company IWG Regus announced a partnership to open a new coworking and office space, in Brownsburg, Indiana.
The unique coworking concept will occupy the entire second floor of the Green St. Depot in downtown Brownsburg. The space will feature 79 offices, a lounge, conference rooms, and on-site reception.
"We're seeing increased demand for flexible workspaces as more firms adopt hybrid work schedules," said Regus Area Sales Manager Jill Stamper. Regus aims to provide business support resources traditionally reserved for large companies while supporting local business professionals and entrepreneurs closer to home to meet their evolving needs."
Paragon Realty funded the space build-out and furnishings.

Regus is expected to open for business on September 1, with a grand opening celebration on October 18th. Offices are currently available for pre-leasing with all-inclusive pricing, including office furniture, Wi-Fi, mail delivery, café use, and additional perks.
