The PEAK Entrance is located at East Middle School at Door 20 (look for our PEAK sticker on the door). The program takes place in Room F123. Please specify which parents/guardians are authorized to pick up your child on the registration portal and keep this information current. Have a last-minute change? Communicate this with your Site Manager by calling 317-431-7443. For the safety of each participant, your 5-digit security code or a photo ID is required to pick up your child each day.
To get started, visit our registration portal, create an account, select the schedule type that fits best for your family's needs, and choose your preferred payment method before submitting your contract for approval. PEAK staff will approve contracts daily prior to the start of the program. Invoices will be sent the Wednesday prior to the week of care selected with payments due the following Monday. To set up a payment plan, please contact your PEAK Site Manager directly at PEAK@brownsburgparks.com.
If you selected the "Pick Your Days" schedule type and wish to withdraw or switch a day for another, you may request a schedule change in our registration portal without using a refund request form by signing into your account, clicking "Explore All Programs" and clicking on your child's account and selecting the current contract. Only dates which have not yet been invoiced may be switched or withdrawn within Eleyo. Once a date has been invoiced, it is locked in.

All refunds are subject to Brownsburg Parks' policies and approval along with any other local or state procedures necessary to process a refund and can take 4 to 6 weeks to process. If a refund is approved, the refund will be issued in the form of a check from the Town of Brownsburg regardless of how payment was made and will be mailed to the household's primary member at the stated address on the Refund Request Form. A request for a refund must be submitted prior to the start date of the program or reservation date.
Brownsburg Parks reserves the right to cancel, combine, or divide classes; to change time, date, or location; to change instructor's assignments; and to make any changes that may be necessary from time-to-time in its sole discretion. A full refund will be issued if Brownsburg Parks cancels a program prior to the start of the program. A prorated refund will be issued if Brownsburg Parks cancels a program after the start of the program.
Refund requests are submitted to the Clerk-Treasurer of the Town of Brownsburg twice monthly on a predetermined schedule. Depending upon when the Request of Refund is received by the Parks Office, it could take up to six weeks to receive a refund check. Any refund amount under $10 will be issued as a household credit for a future Brownsburg Parks transaction.
Scholarships and financial aid are available to qualified applicants based upon the current Federal Income Eligibility Guidelines. Please submit the completed scholarship application with all the required documents in order for the application to be processed. Incomplete applications will not be considered. Scholarships are only applicable to the B.A.S.E. and PEAK program. Apply for a scholarship.
Thank you for choosing Brownsburg Parks as a childcare provider! Your tax receipt will illustrate the total amount paid for childcare services provided by Brownsburg Parks that could potentially be claimed on your taxes. Our recreation portal allows you to pull your tax receipt at any time by signing into your account and accessing Account Management. These statements will NOT be sent in the mail.If you believe there is a discrepancy regarding your family's statement, please contact Brownsburg Parks office at 317-858-4172 during business hours, 8 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday, and we will be happy to assist you.
School cancellations: PEAK is closed. Parents will be notified via email and text. Refunds will be offered or funds can be transferred to the scheduled snow make-up day.
