    The Board of Zoning Appeals meets the second Monday of every month at 6 p.m. in the Town Hall Council Room (unless there is an observed holiday).Under Indiana law (IC 36-7-4-900), the Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) is responsible for the following: Granting variances, developmental standards variances, variances of use (not available to area plan commissions), granting special exceptions/conditional uses, and appeals from administrative decisions.
